Materials
- Packaged pom poms large and small (white or a color of your choice)
- White craft foam
- Hot glue gun
- Baker’s twine (Color of your choice)
- Scissors
- Large needle
Instructions
Step 1: Cut bunny ears out of your white craft foam.
Step 2: Take the large pom pom and hot glue two bunny ears to the top.
Step 3: Hot glue the small pom pom to the lower front of the pom pom. This will give the affect of a bunny’s tail.
Step 4: Repeat steps 1 – 3 until you have the desired amount of bunny pom poms.
Step 5: Take the baker’s twine and thread it through the pom poms using a large needle. Continue this process until all the pom poms are on the string.
Step 6: Hang up your garland for all to see.

If you can’t find pre-packaged pom poms, then you can also make your own using yarn, cardboard, and scissors. Cut a ring out of a the cardboard, then cut a slit in the ring. Wrap the yarn around the cardboard ring until it’s plump feeling. Take the scissors and cut the yarn around the edge of the ring and don’t let any of the yarn pieces fall out of the ring. Tie a piece of the yarn around the center of the yarn in the ring to hold it together. Then remove the ring and fluff the yarn until it looks like a ball.
